wheres the ipod video converter on itunes

i read some question on yahoo answers about some video converting program on itunes that lets you take dvds you have at home and put them onto your ipod. people said it actually works but i cant find it anywhere on itunes. help

you have to add the video on itunes and then right click it(wherever it is like in movies or music videos) and it should say convert section for ipodiphone
